    2- It is unbelievably important to analyze the reason for our motivations and where they come from.

    About the question:

    Although all people are different, there are still some who share the same motivation maybe because the city where they live, their economic condition, the things that happen in their families, etc.
    What motivates me to achieve my goals its to prove that the economic situation of a person does not define what she or he can do in her or his life. I want to prove that you don't have to be graduated from the best high school of your country or have the most beautiful house in your city to be a person who can give a lot of good ideas and benefits to your country.

    R/ Yes I think they can but not all the people have to. Not everyone have the same interests or goals and that can change the way of how the people can be motivated.
    R/ The main motivation for me is to remember me every day which is my purpose and why I am doing what I do. And for me, is to have a better life in the future, be successful and do something that really makes me happy. Family and friends are also good motivators.

  3. 1. Mostly organizations give rewards in order to get better results.
    2. Researchers has found out money is not a real way to impulse motivation.
    3. Money is given to employees in order to improve their performance.
    4. People can do better things when they do it with autonomy.
    5. Mastery motivate people because is the way how they can do what they enjoy.
    6. Organizations are implementing differents ways to motivate rather just money rewards.
    7. People and organizations have to change the ideology about rewards and money.

    1. When the people tend to punish something get less of it.
    2. If you have a challenge and you do really well you will get a large cash prize.
    3. We have to ignore the low performers.
    4. Usually the motivation is different in other countries.
    5. Sometimes less work is a better pay.
    6. If you have a salary is because you have more responsibilities.
    7. Money is a motivator but if the boss does not pay enough they will not be motivated.
    8. There are 3 factors lead to be better performance and satisfaction.
    9. The companies wants a people with self-direction.
    10. When the profit motivate becomes unmoored from the purpose motive.

    Second point

    1. Maybe at the same group of work. Also, is the motivation is big tend to have a group of people. But sometimes the motivation is just you and for you the in this case people cannot share the same motivation because only you feel the real feelings.
    2. I think I am a simple man. The little things motivates me to keep going. The music motivates me but a big achieve need a big motivation.

    1- Science can be a bit freaky sometimes, you might find a result you didn't spec.
    2- A common thought is that if offert a highly reward to someone, this person is gonna give you their best performance in the task you ask him to do.
    3- People used to spec a better paidment if they do a task which involves a mechanical effort.
    4- People hate to do any task that involves some cognitive skills.
    5- The fact that people get worse at task if this task is paid with a higher reward is not anomalus.

    Question:
    1- No, it's something that we decided individually. For example, it the case of the studies, most of the people choose a career base on if they like it or not. They want to do something that they enjoy. On the other hand, there are some people who choose theyre career based on how much money are te they gonna win for it, they don't care if they liked or not.

    2- They only thing that i want, the one that push me to achieve my degree, it that i ganna be an independient person in the future

    - Science is really surprising, interesting but can get a little freaky!
    - Actually, we are not as manipulable as we use to think.
    - Rewarding people with money prizes is a typical motivation scheme.
    - It's not anomalous to get worst performance due to high money incentives.

    - High motivator rewars don't work for conceptual and complicated task.

    - No. I think we all have different motivations because they are related to what we like. Every person has those special things that work as motivators for them.
    - For me, a special think that motivates me is the fact of growing in a lot of abilities and knowledge. I found really motivating to accept a challenge, work hard and finally achieve the goal. But is not only by thinking about a goal itself, it's about all the things I can learn, improve... it's about the path and what happends there, all the experiences that lead us to the goal.

    1) I think that in general all the people has a different goals in their lives, because of that all the people need a different motivation to fulfill it.

    • Yes, they do. I think, in some situations, people share goals and ambitions. They even can work together to make those goals come true, and they can be more motivated if they have someone to do it.
    • What motivates me to achieve my goals is to feel satisfice with myself. I want to feel good with the person that I am, and achieve my goals makes me feel more motivated to keep self-improvement.

  10. First part

    1. Having worked for seven years in that company, she realized it wasn't making her happy.
    2. The professor gave his students more autonomy for the final project than before and the results were marvelous.
    3. It was a personal challenge for him to finish the marathon. Unfortunately, he got injured just before the half of the route.
    4. The reporter chose to interview the accused despite of their bad behaviour.
    5. My purpose for this year is to complete all levels of my english course.
    6. An economic reward isn't always the most indicate for employees, they might need some other motivation.
    7. Her performance during the games was even better than what the fans expected.
    8. Looking at the children smiling was all she needed to feel satisfied about her job.
    9. Nobody believed he could play the piano nicely, but it was his engagement what lead him to mastery.
    10. The differences in salaries between different public employees is amazing nowadays.

    Second part

    1. Not necessarily. As the video suggested, all tasks required different reward to get done properly and it happens with people too. There can be, for example, people that find an economic reward to be the most satisfying reward in the world and some others which get enough with the recognition of their job at the end of an important project. There can also be special situations in which someone change his/her mind and require an extra motivation to get things done, such as a promotion after many years of doing the same job.
    In conclusion, everybody at everytime have different needs and concerns that have to be taken in consideration to get great results at job.

    2. The support of my family has always been amazing. I think that I couldn't have achieved many of the goals I have if it wasn't for them. It is why I want to return some of it to them in the future. I'm conscious that I have achieved important goals and believe that I'm capable of many more. Therefore, it is also important for me to prove how far I can get if I focus on what I love to do and always try hard. An special motivation for me is always to have time to relax with my family and friends after an important goal is achieved because it's usually then when I realize about the progress I've made and that I'm everytime closer to where I want to be in the future.
